Generally the products are wonderful. I do have some frustration that the blue and yellow hats are only available as an assortment. We were very willing to accomodate this by ordering almost three times as many as we needed just to be sure we received what we required for our project. The frustration came when some of the hats arrived ripped and we could not recieved the same items since they were part of an assortment. We would have to wait for the replacements to arrive and then reorder extras and pay another $11 shipping. I understand the original order, but if your items arrive defective, you should be responsible to make sure we received the exact replacement. If we are able to find another company that sells the same product, this is enough to make us switch. Customer service is everything. A company who is willing to make it right, is worth more than saving a few dollars.
