1.  Bend all creases to prepare box for assembly
2.  Insert side tab into side slot
3.  Insert tabs along the "screen"
4.  Insert tabs into slots along the front top of box
5.  Fold down the top.  Put tab into slot.
6.  Close Bottom flaps to complete favor box
