The product was just as pictured and  described from your online catalogue.

The shipped box was not sealed properly and the box was partly crushed.  This is my second order that was not properly sealed and the box was badly damaged. On shipping my last order, the box opened and 2 of the items were lost upon arrival.  Please check into your packing and shipping procedures.  Thank you.
