Mardi Gras Confetti and Serpentine Border

A Mardi Gras Confetti and Serpentine Border is a quick and easy way to add a festive atmosphere to any wall or Mardi Gras backdrop.

Use this border across the bottom of the Mardi Gras background to make it look like the streets are lined with beads and confetti.

Simply attach to the backdrop using clear tape to give it a seamless look and instantly make the streets come alive with color. I was not happy to see that it is on clear material. I thought that the background was white or off white. However, I have not opened and it won't be opened until Aug 10th. Using for a photo booth.
