The products I ordered were good. The way the business is handled is poor. I ordered 10 packages of the tatoos only because the system informed me that was all that was in stock. However, I only received 5 packages because as I was told by customer service when I called that someone did an override on my order to fill another order. I was not notified of any changes nor sent an updated invoice. The fact that an override is allowed once an order is placed is astounding not to mention ZERO communication. I was ordering 360 tatoos for an event. I spent a day driving around trying to make up the 180 difference because of the inconsiderate and lack of professionalism. Will not order from here again. Too bad, I do a lot of events but the pricing isn't worth the lack in professional behavior.
