Ugly Sweater Ballot Box w/Ballots

Make this years Ugly Sweater Day a fun but competitive contest by using this Ugly Sweater Box with Ballots.  One (1) box along with 10 ballot cards come per package with minimum assembly required.  This fun ballot box can also be used during raffles, fund raisers, donations and as a suggestion box.  We also carry matching Ugly Sweater decorations for your upcoming holiday party.

• Box measures 9 by 9 inches
• Ballots measure 4 by 2 1/2 inches

1.  Unfold and open box
2.  Insert side tabs and secure with tape (not included)
3.  Fold in flaps on the bottom in order A, B, C, D; Push D under A to lock flaps in place
4.  Push bottom flaps down
5.  Close lid to complete assembly
