I love this fringe drape. I cut it up into pieces and add this to strips of tissue paper when I make frill bunting/banners. The drop of the fringe portion is 13" with 2" at the top to hold the string together.

When I have bought this product from other sources, it is usually 29" long. I know the description says 15", but for some reason that didn't register so I was surprised when I opened the package and saw the frill was so short. Double check to make sure you're not making the same mistake.

My only compliant is the way this frill is packaged. It is wrapped around a piece of thin cardboard. My frill came out pretty creased from the folding and it didn't really shake out. Maybe it got extra creased during mailing, I'm not sure. It worked out fine for what I needed, but I wish it was packaged unfolded/flat.
