I had ordered these hats for a Christmas dance recital from another seller. Needless to say, they arrived incorrect in number as well as damaged.  At this point, time became a factor. I called and spoke with a Party Cheap rep. who was courteous, sympathetic and very helpful.  I ended up ordering the hats and they arrived before the scheduled date and packaging was professionally provided to insure that nothing was damaged. I am very pleased with the service and product provided by Party Cheap!

Our Concert in October will be a grand success thanks to the Drum Major Hats we purchased.  Our seniors (we are in a retirement community) will look great as they march up the aisle in our Theatre (and I use the word "march" very loosely).  Our average age at the community is 83 years, so you can understand why I say "loosely." However with the hats on and their wooden trumpets and trombones, they will all be transported to when they were in their own marching bands way back when.  If you have a catalog, please send it to me because each year we have a broadway review, and who knows what I will dream up for next year.  Antoinette D.
