It is great for decorating on the 4th of July, Memorial Day, the Olympics, or for a special election. Add a little red, white, and blue to your party with the Red, White, and Blue Twirly Whirlys. There are are a total of 6 Twirly Whirlys in each package which includes 4 Twirly Whirlys measuring 24 inches and 2 Twirly Whirlys measuring 36 inches. They are made of a shiny flame-resistant foil material that creates a dangling spiral when you hang them from the ceiling. You can even change it up a little by scattering a few of the Red, Silver, and Blue Star Whirls in with these Red, White, and Blue Twirly Whirlys. We also offer these hanging foil decorations in other colors.
