Love the Festooning, but the best part was the customer service!! There was a UPS hiccup with my order and when I called in a panic saying I needed this for a party the next day, they were willing to work with me and find a way to solve the problem right away, no arguing. UPS ended up solving the problem anyway, but I loved that they were willing to help me out, and that they called to let me know it was coming as expected.
