They came through! September 29, 2012 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Montgomery, AL United States   Despite an error with my Halloween order (they shipped football decorations by accident), Partycheap quickly responded to my email AND quickly shipped out my original order.  They definitely came through and I'd order from them again!  The quality of decorations are good; they should last a couple years if stored properly.
