Excellent service January 6, 2013 Reviewer: California resident from Saratoga, CA United States   I placed an order right before Christmas and due to the holiday, my order was not shipped when I expected.  I sent Partycheap one email and received an amazing response immediately informing me that my original order was being returned as it was not going to arrive in time for my party.  They shipped another package out immediately and rushed it to me in 2 days!  I received everything and have to say "Thank you for making my day!"
