Light Blue Baby Shoes Photo/Balloon Holder June 11, 2012 Reviewer: Karren Cirino from Paradise, CA United States   I received the shoe's and there are so cute. One of the shoes has the wire broken that holds up the picture. I am trying to call to get it replaced. Hopefully  it is an easy process. So I am not sure if I rate a 5 star or not. Thank you March 31, 2012 Reviewer: Monica Taylor from Las Vegas, NV United States   The balloon holders were just as expected. Ordering was simple and delivery was fast. The only downfall was that one of the holders arrived broken and since the company is eastern standard time (EST) and I'm PST it has been very difficult to contact for a refund. The shipping price was a little higher than expected for such a small item.  Overall, the product is a really cute memento for friends and family--and self; it also serves two purposes--picture holder and balloon weight. I found them at "PartyCheap". They were not only cute but durable as well. They will make a great momento for my daughter once the party is over. I will shop here again!
