Difficult to cut, but worth it August 29, 2012 Reviewer: Veronica Farinet from Lomita, CA United States   I have ordered the Scene Setters before and it was exactly what I wanted. Loved the Street Lights! February 26, 2012 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Jupiter, FL United States   Used this to decorate my son's classrooom for Mardi Gras and these are beautiful!  Yes, you have to cut them out, so give yourself some time, but you don't have to cut too precisely, since the ovelap is clear.
