Western Party Vests April 14, 2013 Reviewer: Suzanne Montz from Santa Ana, CA United States   I ordered the Western Vests and they arrive in good shape and at least a day before they were expected. The order process was easy, with clear instructions.  This was my first time ordering from Party Cheap. The vests were used as part of a costume we used for a 'Ham it up' Youth Expo, 4-H Food Booth.
