German Hats December 19, 2013 Reviewer: eldora kaasa from fort smith, AR United States   We use these German Hats for our fundraising German Dinner at our church.  The youth wear them and look adorable.  My experience with Party Cheap was great both with contact on line and by phone.  Everyone was most helpful and the hats are as they were described. I made a mistake when I typed in my email, called and reported the mistake on an answering machine and it was fixed immediately. The hats were received when it was stated that they would be received.
