Product is exactly as pictured - they are truncated tulips (no stem attached) and 16" tall.  They are printed full color on both sides, one is glossy the other matte.  There are small pieces that need to be torn out between the flowers and leaves so anticipate a little prep work before putting these up. We are using them with the Picket Fence Cutouts and the scale is a little off (flowers are much larger than fence) but they'll look nice.  All in all, very happy with the products.
